Too hot to handle .....

Morning gorgeous ladies how was your night ? Did u manage to get any sleep at all ?.... I didn't . Nope none .. whether the meno has moved up a notch I am not sure but the night sweat just became a raging tower inferno... duvet was on and off all night clothes off and on , only one saving grace I sleep on my own during the week whilst partner is in London attending his children . Adrenals are still calm and I still have an ounce of energy this morning, which is a saving grace as I have to drive. 300 mile round trip for my job ! Today I will collect the meno prescription and give it 3 months .. I really have nothing to loose 😬❤️🎀
